Downloading

Hello,
I have a Motorola Android cell. It will not let me download anything or update. Someone told me awhile ago to clear my cache. I don't remember how to do that. Any help would be appreciated! Thanx!

You use the word "anything". If that really is the case, like browsers don't download, can't send apps to the phone or install locally, it may be that clearing cache may not be the answer. That sounds more like a factory reset.
