Does bump charging really work?

Ok. So a bump charge is fully charging it.... restarting phone and plugging charger back in until Green again?

I don't see why it wouldn't work.
One thing I found out by accident today is if you are (at 100%) charing your phone and battery pull while its still plugged in and you wait till you get the battery symbol with a ? In it.
Then you put the battery back it in it drops the % down.
So by theory its getting more to charged than 100%
