Does a new sim card

Fix the data drop issue? For anyone? I'm fed up with it! Just got off the phone w/ vzw tech, I think I'm close to getting them to letting me swap for a difft. phone ;-) BUT they're sending me a new sim card 1st saying "I'm confident that'll fix the issue" if it did I think Id have read that by now. BS I say! So...has it helped anyone??
