Delayed pop ups with Newest Update

Alrighty I am very curious to see if I am the only one, but ever since I downloaded and installed the most recent OTA update (3.02.605.1) the pop ups that came when I changed the volume, or saved a word while texting, or snoozed an alarm don't show up until a few hours later. I was just curious to see if I am the only one with this bug. :greendroid:

Not happening here. Not sure what to suggest to fix that other than maybe a factory reset which will delete everything and you will have to set it all back up.

Nope. No delay for me. Try a battery pull?
