Default Lock Screen Missing Clock, Cannot Get Back

Anyone experienced this? My lock screen default is has my 4 favorite icons at the bottom but the top 75% of the screen is blank / my background. When I swipe across the top to the right it moves me to the screen that IS in fact my clock, name, and date... but how do I get this screen to stay as the lock default screen WITH the 4 favorite icons at the bottom!?

Under >My Device>Lock Screen>Lock Screen Widgets> Clock or Personal message make sure Clock is selected and see if that fixes it.
Also you can edit the widget from the lock screen if you expan the square and click on the pencil. make sure the clock is ticked on there as well.
