So I have had my Droid 2 Global for about a year and 2 months. Never had this problem until now. I use the alarm on my phone to wake me up in the morning. It hasn't been working. When I do wake up, I pick up the phone only to find that the entire phone is extremely hot and I can barely hold it without it hurting my hand. I'm slightly afraid to do anything with it until it cools down. And it is not just the part above the battery that's hot either. The entire phone is. Even the screen. It has never happened before. My D2G is rooted but has stock ROM. Before I set the alarm I have about 130 MB of RAM and then I leave it alone. Otherwise I have no problems with it. Sorry if this wasn't put in the correct section. This is my first post. Thanks to anyone who can help.
