Anyone know how to do this with ICS? Press and hold on the main screen doesn't have the options it used to.

Yeah, there is a directions and navigation shortcut in the widgets section of the app tray.

Enjoy!

Open you app drawer and click Widgets on top, scroll and find the navigation and direction widget and long press to add to home.

If u are using the stock browser you need to go into your bookmarks screen and long click a bookmark, the option to add shortcut to home would appear..

Hello,
I think I am missing something....how do I create a shortcut to a website on the ICS homepage???

Thanks in advance!!
You can do as posted above, or you could use the bookmarks widget, which I really like in ICS. It scrolls very smoothly and is resizable.
