I put some electrical tape inside the back cover to solve the creaky issue. My creakiness was right under the camera cutout, made a creak when I pressed on it, which is right where my finger sits when holding it. I looped some electrical tape to be about 5 pieces thick and stuck it in there. I did the same thing right in the center and everything seems to be fine now. Maybe a slight creak at the bottom, but I can't even tell now with the case on. Problem solved.

I just bought a roll of electrical tape. Cut about six one inch strips and stuck them to the case back on top of one another. They are centered around the middle of the battery.

Creak now 95% gone. Very cheap easy fix.

It has to do with these kinds of backs. My Mom's Pro does it and so did my Brothers Incredible and Rival.

Now hold your thumb over the volume rocker while you shake it and you won't hear the rattle.

Small annoyances... I would have loved to have been in the production meetings with a tazer so I could zap a few engineers... however these are not deal breakers IMO.

Its not the engineers it's the financial people forcing the engineers to cost save :p

If you shake it you hear the rattle from the camera. Which is natural - as far as I know.

I've taken some sweet pics today.

The creak is gone after the electrical tape solution.

Are you SURE it isn't just the volume rocker? Hold it when you shake your phone. No rattle now, right?

Positive, held the volume rocker and the rattle comes from the camera area.

If you slightly apply pressure over by the microphone pin at the bottom. Over by the left. Do you hear a click?
