Contacts application not installed?

I recently did an upgrade to my DROID X phone. Once the update was done I'm no longer able to select my contacts folder because it says the application isn't installed? What application is that?

No. I wasn't able to find a solution. Have to do some more searching here. I found an answer to another issue I had here. Pretty awesome forum.

I am also having the same problem. I have tried a system data restore and even restoring with titanium backup. Any ideas would be welcome.
