"Complete Action Using" popup on Quick Contact menu

I have an extra icon on the Quick contact menu for my contact shortcuts. Looks like the icon appears for thos who are also Google Talk contacts. When I click the icon the "Complete Action Using" popup box appears with a bunch of nonsense applications...can I somehow link this last icon to the Google Talk application? Or if not, can I remove it from the menu?
