CM10 and MF1 modem

Hey guys, I installed the cm10 ROM for my i525 and I also installed the MF1 modem. I was previously on synergy ROM. I noticed that moving from the Synergy modem to the mf1 modem my service is now horrible. I lost about two bars in general service. I can barely get 3g, nevermind 4g. I was wondering if any of you had an idea of how to fix this or what modem I should install.
