Can anyone figure this out. I thought i did it right,
changed the .png for all_apps_button_focused.png , all_apps_button_pressed.png and all_apps_button_normal.png in thesystem/app/Helix2.apk

but it didn't work, when i back out to home i can see the notification bar but thats it. Have to load up backup. Done it a couple of times and same result.

Running UDV9.

Anyone have any thoughts?

this is what i followed:

If so, I do see two other png images: all_apps_button_focused.png and all_apps_button_pressed.png. Do I need to do anything with those? Thanks.

You can use that image for all 3 just rename it to what the other ones are
