"system cannot find specified files"? Because I've been reading that after the utility you have to manually remove superuser. If it never ran successfully then I have one last thing to try. Delete Droid 4 utility from your computer. Restart your computer. Restart your phone. Re-download the utility and extract it to your desktop. Plug your phone into a usb on your pc that you haven't used yet and let it download the drivers again. There is hardly any information that I can find. I'll search for D4 related things and it wants to pull up stuff about the Razr or bionic. I'm sorry I couldn't be of more help.
