Can't backup ROM

I installed Clockwork ROM Manager and gave it the super user permissions. I clicked Backup Current ROM, but all it did was reboot my phone. Nothing was backed up. I have read of others having the same problem.

How do I get to actually backup the ROM?

ROM manager and Clockwork Mod Recovery are two totally different things. I was under the impression that D2 users weren't really supposed to use ROM manager. You want Clockwork Recovery, which allows you to make a nandroid backup. Just search "how to make a nandroid" either on this forum, or on google, and you'll get all the directions you need.

Is that the Bootstrapper? That's all I see when I enter Recovery in the Market. There is no option in Bootstrapper to make a nandroid backup.
