Can you still get the $30/month unlimited hotspot?

I wondered if this feature was still available. So, I went to myverizon, and went through the process of changing features for my line (only one with an LTE device). The feature is still there, and says that in order to use it you have to have an UNLIMITED data plan.

I would have thought verizon would ditch this in favor of getting people on family share. Maybe it's because I'm still within my 2 year contract with them?
