Can you install kernels without computer

Is it possible to download kernels by only using my incredible or do I have to use a computer I would like know if you can help that be much appreciated

Download a kernel via your Incredible browser, look in your downloads folder on yourn SD - mave the .zip to the root of your SD and flash via recovery

I am not sure exactly what you are looking in a kernel for the incredible - but you would just Google - Droid Incredible Kernels

I have no knowledge of Dinc kernels - we have an Incredible in our house but it is 100% stock
