i doubt i can help you but maybe someone else can if you tell us what exactly the problem is. what is it doing/not doing, does it boot, etc etc.

Indeed, what is it doing or not doing? All you are showing us is the normal HBoot screen every Rezound has, albeit an old version and somehow it got relocked... If it won't boot then you need to run the correct RUU (3.14.605.12) or unlock and flash a new ROM.
