Ok may sound weird but the upper left of my phone were the light senser is its always red I can see it in the dark my friend had a rezound as well and he don't have that ref light y is it always on

Your proximity sensor might not be working properly. While on a phone call does your display come back on when you take it off your ear?

My first Rezound had a bad sensor and I could see that same red light you are seeing.
