Can 2 android phones use the same account?

I have a Droid X. I bought a LG Vortex low end android phone for a knock around phone. I want to beable to link it to my Droid X account. Can they both be linked to the same account. Like for bought market apps and general syncing. I searched and saw nothing.

i have it on my 2 and dont have any problems. sometimes the apps in the market downloads are arranged oddly but no issues really

Same gmail account? Yes they can I have 2 droid x's and my xoom all on the same account

Ive never noticed any problems between my nook color and droid 2...and they both have the same accounts synced

Thanks guys! I've noticed on some apps. They tie themselves to the MEID/ESN of the phone. Like one I know for sure Shazam.
