My wife has a Samsung Y (Yes I know its an old model but she loves it) and for some reason (probably mucked about with the settings again) each time she receives a call it is automatically put on hold and she cannot get it off hold. How do we take On Hold off?

Hi everyone, a big thanks to all those that viewed my post. I have found out that it was my wife mucking about with the settings, she activated call forwarding, so all calls were forwarded, I have de activated this and she can now receive calls. Once again thanks to everyone who read my post in an attempt to help.
