browser won't load ad sites

I have been looking for an HP touchpad lately (who hasn't) and the website slickdeals.net has a listing of links to other websites that might carry it. Well, about half of these links lead me to an advertising site for a second before they launch the site I am visiting, which is pretty common practice. My browser will not go past this initial ad site, and will instead say it can't load the site and freeze. This happened with dzens of links and probably half a dozen different ad sites being loaded. I checked on my desktop, and the sites load just fine. Does anyone know why the browser can't handle such a simple task?

EDIT: also, I can't switch to the full ebay site, same problem

Probably all the redirects that occur on adfly based technology. Try downloading Opera Mini Browser from Market

I use the Dolphin HD browser and do not have this problem anymore.
