Bootstrap Issues

Is anyone else having issues w/installing Bootstrap Recovery or CWM after the update to .247? I've uninstalled Safestrap and deleted all its files, I've cleared cache and wiped dalvik, but I'm still not having any luck. Anybody got any ideas?
