Bluetooth "Enhanced Stereo" Low volume

I purchased the new Moto S10's and I've noticed that if Enhanced Stereo is checked the audio quality goes way up, but the volume level is very low. When I turn it off, it allows the volume to go to a level I like, but the music sounds like im streaming from a low quality source. Is there any way to raise the volume of the enhanced audio setting? Any root setting values I can tweak? Thanks!
