Is there ne way to get rid of the factory installed apps without rooting..

Root is required as they are system apps and, without rooting, permission is denied to system files. Rooting is a breeze though so, if you choose to go that route, I'd be happy to help! :)

You can't get rid of them, but you can hide them with "LauncherPro".

Yes it voids your warranty but 90% of the time there's a way to unroot if you have to return it.
