Better Cut and Icons

So I downloaded Better Cut so I could change the icons on my droid. I want to revert back to some of the original icons on some of them. I deleted the icon packs that I used but the new icons still remain. Is there any way to revert back to the original droid icons?

I think I answered my own question here. Better Cut just creates a shortcut icon to the application. Erasing the new shortcut and replacing with the original one in the drawer fixes this.
