Best way to backup everything on Fascinate

Can anyone tell me the easiest way to backup as much as possible on my Fascinate. It is NOT rooted. I am having issues since the Froyo update and think a reset might help, but I'm not sure the most efficient way to save as much data, info, settings as possible to make setting back up not so time consuming.

Saw someone recommend My Backup but wasn't sure if that would require a monthly storage fee. Don't mind paying for Pro version though.

Thanks for any help on this. Have been searching forums for like two hours and havent found much.
