Hello everyone,

I'm researching into which text messaging app works the best with the Droid 3. Currently using the Stock Text app. I have used the Go SMS Pro, but felt like it lagged my phone.

Which app would you guys recommend? Handcent or Go SMS Pro?

Pros & Cons? And which uses less memory?

Thanks!

Go SMS user here - tons of themes and very nice to use...definitely similar to HandCent but Go SMS seems more smooth to me.

When I first got my droid about 2-3 months ago I asked all my friends what main/major apps I "need" to have and they all said Handcent first. I havnt used Go SMS but I know my experience with handcent has been great. I can customize every part of the theme for each person I txt and the quick reply features usually work great w/o any problems or glitches.
