Battery stuck at 100%

Hi all, i charged my phoine overnight and booted it up todsy and it was at 100%. Ive been using my phne all day and it still says 100% any idea how to fix this?

Also, every time i restart my phone, it boots into clock recvoery, any reason why? thanks

Would try wiping battery stats after a full charge.
Do it in cw under advanced (I believe).
The starting up in recovery..couldn't tell ya about that one.
My wife's d2g does that when I restart the phone while plugged in. Is that the case with yours?
