Any way to get a different phone dialer, call screen?

Is there any way to get a different phone dialer/call screen for liberty 3 2.0? I am assuming since it is a blur ROM, that it can only run on the stock dialer, themed, and same for call screen. I really like the MIUI call screen and dialer, just done with the MIUI ROM itself
