Android Market 101 Error

I found a solution that seems to work and I will explain as best as I can.

I switch from a D2G to Bionic.
Received constant 101 errors.
Finally after all work and nothing would work, I decide to kill all links on my D2G since the market on the web was showing that my apps were tied to my D2G.
After killing all links that connected my D2G to the market, I was able to connect and download to my Bionic from the web.
