android 4.3 Custom ROM?

Is there a 4.3 ROM download for Droid 4 yet?

I need a Android 4.2.3 or higher ROM.

CM10.2, SlimBean, PACman and ParanoidAndroid are all Android 4.3. Running SlimBean now and I really like it. I think there are some other's I might be forgetting as well.

CM11 is also coming along nicely if you want to try KitKat. I wouldn't call it a daily driver yet though.
