AAC+ bug fix?

Hi,

I was recommended to use this ROM because the AAC bug is reportedly fixed with it. However, that's not been my experience. It sounds a little better, but it's still quite terrible. I've tried it through ROM manager with both StageFright enabled and disabled, and both ways don't fix anything.
Am I doing something wrong? Is there an external patch I need to apply? I'm about to go back to 2.1 over this, as audio streaming is one of the main reasons I got this phone. Any suggestions?

Google recently released a fix to stagefright but a new version of this rom has not been released since then yet. The work around incorporated in 1.0 is to disable stagefright.

You need to install it and also set stagefright to true in your build.prop (which is what the enabler patch on the cvpcs wiki does.)

Read the whole thread though, it's introducing other problems.
