A warning about batteries purchased

I have installed more roms than i can count and done so with different methods... last night while tinkering with the new darkedge and trying it on different roms I eventually ended up in running the powerdown completely.. to my dismay a battery that i purchased on amazon is now completely fried.. It will not charge in my phone or my girlfriends and if plugged in it just goes into a bootloop and powers off again, lucky for me i have a few extra batteries for traveling. Just thought i would post this to let people know that it does happen and what caused it in my case
