So, my work place's techie has everything wired.
Everyone and anyone who goes to a block site, firewall will send him an email notifying him that someone is trying to access a blocked site.

I have a Droid, and I make sure I turn off WIFI. using 3g network, will be still be able to trace/track me?

is it a work issued droid, or your own? If your own then no. If it's a work, he potentially could eventually, but not real time or anything like that. the 3G signal is owned by the network not your office.

I agree you should be fine, but I sure would not want to work in that environment with the net police monitoring your every move.
