Looks to me like a rooted droidx with an edited build.prop? I also saw a thread about 2.3 at xda, but to real information. Possibly the final update for our phones that can't run gingerbread, but I doubt it will ever come about. I think us 1st Gen guys will be stuck with 2.1 and 2.2 until we upgrade.

2.3 is the latest DX update. Looks like it is still FroYo, but it made the front page today.
