YouTube app doesn't show up in App Management settings

I need to clear the defaults in the You Tube app. It doesn't show up in the list! It's in my app drawer, but nowhere to be found in settings. It isn't in the apps in my app backups, either. How can this be?

(I haven't updated the You Tube app, due to poor reviews, but I can't see what difference that would make.)
