porn ads take over Youtube front page - malware how to remove?

My Youtube startup page has porn ads that say recommended by youtube, instead of the usual recommended youtube videos. It only happens if I am on Youtube in a browser, but not in the Youtube app. I think it started after i installed a tube downloader from the amazon app store. I uninstalled it but the ads still show up.

I haven't seen it in other apps.

It starts with the correct Youtube page then the Spam page comes up.

Any ideas on how to get rid of it.

I uninstalled any video download or viewing apps that I had.

I tried AVG and AVAST antivirus but they didn't find anything.

Any ideas?

There is an app on the Store called AirPush (here) try it to see if it tells you where the problem is.

The URL its coming from is m.YouTube.com/feeds/recommendations.

Is that air push or somethind else.
