XT907 98.14.94 Bootloader Unlock?

I successfully rooted my Droid Razr M on 98.14.94 over a month ago but I am wondering if you could unlock the bootloader of the Droid Razr M running on 98.14.94. I have been recently looking into getting Kit Kat Cyanogenmod for the Razr M. If there is any exploit confirmed to work with this version I am obviously going to install a custom recovery onto my phone so I need to know how to backup the stock recovery. I'd be glad for help.

Edit: This thread is outdated. The Droid RAZR lineup of 2012 got bootloader unlock on the KitKat update. I made another thread on this.

Have you tried Moto-pocalypse? Not sure if it will work because I don't remember what system version I had when I first unlocked my boot loader.

I have read that these exploits don't work with the latest version. Not even Motochopper.
