Xt860 internet lock up

Hey guys, XT860 on Bell Network. After browsing or tethering for a few minutes, I lose internet connectivity. While in this lock up state, the left arrow up on the Blue H+ icon remains on. The only way to reconnect is to go in and out of airplane mode to re-establish connection. Im hoping someone may have a fix or work around ? as you this model will not be getting ICS. This will be my 5th and last mot if It can't be fixed...
