Xoom, XYBoard or Galaxy Tab

Which is the best bang to the buck? I don't need a lot of storage so the 16GB versions will be more than enough. Also I'm only looking at the WiFi only models.

Xoom will be the cheapest. I don't think I would spring for any of those though. I'm going to go for the prime! 2nd choice would probably be the gtab though!

When is the prime being released? And what makes it so much better? Also why the GTab over the Xoom?
