Working flashlight power button bar and split volume control

Looking for a ROM that has working flashlight power button in the pull down bar and the ability to split volume ring and notification levels. Any custom ROM dev's get around to making these work?

Thanks! I really like having the flashlight available in the pull down. It will be good to get split volume/notification levels at some point.

Thanks I just flashed it. Is there a support page or forum like here? I'd like to join in any discussions and ask if there is there any way to get rid of the boot animation? While I'm in full support of the gay and lesbian community I don't want a pink unicorn w/ fireworks boot on my phone
