Wireless Tether and Verizon

I have an ipod touch hooked up with an ipod connector in my car. I sometimes use my droid as a wireless connection so I can stream to my ipod touch. What i'm wondering is if Verizon can "see" me using my droid to do this?

Chances are is no. There is thousands of people that have, will and do tether. If VZW could stop it, they would. So.. I am going to say no.
