Wireless/Bluetooth/GPS/Refresh/Screen brightness widget has disappeared

My Razr Maxx phone had a Wireless/Bluetooth/GPS/Refresh/Screen brightness wideget at the top of the home screen. Occasionally it would mysteriously migrate to one of the other home screens, but now it's disappeared. I browsed through widgets, apps, and settings, but can't find where to retrieve it.

Widgets. It's called " toggle: power control"

PS. I don't think that's a "refresh". I think it's a "sync data" toggle (email, etc). When I turn it off my inbox doesn't receive emails unless I tap the same-looking icon at the top of the email screen (I'm using the stock "universal mailbox").
