Icons from home screen disappeared?

Hey I factory resetted by phone due to some random reboot issues and resetting my display features (screen timeout).

Anyways the verizon guy set up my home screen I guess to have
WIFI - BLUETOOTH - GPS - ? ( It was one solid icon bar that had to be dragged together with green lights for ON)

I see the widgets available, but they weren't those same icons. Anyone know where I can find that icon bar? Or where can I change the widgets?

yes...not sure how I missed it in my widgets. I found/dled a couple other good ones in the search
