Windows 2000 tethering

Pdanet tethers fine on my workstation, but my laptop is an older win 2000 model. Is there a way to tether to my droid with it?

yea it should work with any OS of windows

Windows 2000 needs to have Activesync installed before it will play nice with smartphones. Install Activesync first, then put PDAnet on the computer and it should work fine.

Active sync did not resolve my issue. I get an error at the end of the install that "The procedure entry point WTSUnRegisterSessionNotification could not be located in the dynamic link library WTSAPI32.dll"
