Win a Droid RAZR from DroidDoes Site by Playing New Droid Extraction Game

Just in case you guys missed it, Verizon has a cool contest over on their DroidDoes site in which you can win a Droid RAZR, by playing a flash-based "Droid Extraction Game". According to the website the phone will officially launch on 11/11/11 at 11:11am, although we have heard rumors that you will still be able to pick one up on the 10th, as a sort of pre-launch.

The game looks tough because you have to drop a claw to grab the phone, like in those stuffed animal games you find in video arcades. The tough part is that there are a ton of laser beams blocking your approach so you have to have "razr-sharp" timing. Interestingly, if you can get your Facebook friends to "like" the game, then you can deactivate some of the lasers. Head over to the site and try it out, but don't forget to bring some Facebook friends along!

I'm trying to test out if it works as specific times or what. I ended up getting it on my first try but my next 15 attempts were unsuccessful. I finally got it a second time but it really is hard to judge when to click grab.

Try a different browser. You should get the game that's in the picture when you go to the droiddoes website.

Grab it on first attempt, i don't use Facebook and don't have time for a 100 grabs a day, i think my chances are slim... well, i'm getting the nexus anyway so.. no biggie.

Grabbed it 3 times in about 10 minutes of playing. Once you get use to what pattern means the Razr is 'unguarded' its not terribly hard, just tedious.

Had to fire up the old Google Chrome to get this game to display. Took a few tries but I beat the laser system.
