Will the new shipment of droid x have 2.2?

I decided I really want the X, and of course, everywhere near me is sold out. I was thinking of just getting it online because it says it will ship by 9/21. Will these have 2.2 installed? (and flash?) If not, how hard is it to do this myself? thanks!

2.2 isn't officially available for the X yet so no, it will not come with it unless that changes.
