Will the Fascinate hold its own against the DROIDs?

I have to admit, the Fascinate (and to a lesser extent, the Vibrate) are very attractive phones...) I wonder how it will sell against the Droid X and Incredible (The D2 seems to be after a different crowd).

If I had an upgrade right now, I am not sure what i'd do. Good thing I have mine in December when I know something that will top all of these will come out. I am thinking the Galaxy phones will only have 1 update/new version a year--kind of like the iPhones (assuming they even work out), so they may get left behind...

I think the fascinate will attract a certain amount of people. The Droid name is very prevalent and everyone knows what a Droid is or have heard of it. so the droid does have the reputation behind it that samsung doesn't have in the android smartphone market. Plus the specs of the phone are nothing real special IMO
