will razr max get face unlock feature

Is the face unlock feature a Nexus only feature? Or is it a feature that will be provided on any phone that gets ics?

Its an ics feature and will migrate to every phone equipped with ics or that receives an ics update. The Maxx should be first quarter, or half as it may be, of this year, so probably march-june
