Will Halogen lamp damage computer monitor due to heat?

I just bought this little light bowl from Ikea that I was going to put under my computer monitor because I don't have room on my desk for a lamp. The recommended bulb is 25W halogen. I don't really know what info is relevant so I will also include that it is 230 lumens. It gets pretty hot. Is it okay to have it right under an LED computer monitor or will the heat be bad for the monitor?

Sorry if it's a silly question, I didn't know where else to ask.

I strongly suggest you not allow it to heat the monitor so I guess my thought is, don't do it.
